Terms & Conditions

1. We guarantee that our products are 100% original. We do not deal in copy/fake items. Also, we try to sell products that are HALAL to the best of our knowledge.
2. Our aim is to provide variety of popular branded cosmetics at affordable prices. Our prices are competitive with very low profit margin, please do not ask for discounts.
3. Product description is mentioned on each picture. In case you need any skin or related consultation or want us to help you decide shade, please contact us on Facebook, Instagram Page or WhatsApp for consultation/swatches. Product is not exchangeable once the order has been delivered.
4. Some of the products are available on pre-order which may take 3-4 weeks for delivery. Your patience will be appreciated in case of any delay. However, you can check the order status with us on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram Page.
5. We are based in Pakistan but almost all International brands are available with us on pre-order. Prices may vary due to shipment & other domestic charges. Please share links or photos of your desired products with us on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram Page, we will check the availability and let you know the price accordingly.
6. We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for orders upto Rs. 10,000 and expect our customers to not misuse this facility. On orders above Rs. 10,000 or pre-order items, we require 50% advance payment via Bank Transfer to process the order. Once you have placed the order on the website, one of our representatives will contact you for order confirmation and share bank transfer details.
7. If your chosen product gets out of stock, our representative will contact you and provide you alternates to choose from. We cannot afford to disappoint you!
8. We process the order within 2 days and deliver at your doorstep within one week. Therefore, please be sure while placing your order.
9. No Refund & No Exchange once the order has been shipped or delivered.
10. We expect honest and fair dealing in a cooperative manner. In case of incorrect or damaged product due to any reason, please contact us. We will investigate the matter and come up with a solution depending on the case.
11. In case of any doubt before or after ordering, we would be happy to provide you the information to avoid ambiguities and have a satisfied customer.
12. Beauty Souls is available on multiple forums. Due to terms & conditions of various platforms, you may not find promotions and discounts there which are available on our own website.
